Scheduling & Cancellation Policy
Keeping appointments is essential to the timely completion of your projects, to our ability to best meet the needs of all of our clients, and the smooth operation of our business. You can reschedule an appointment using the scheduler within a 36-hour timeframe. After that tine, call me at 301-270-0969. If you do not show up for your appointment and have not talked with me, one hour of package time is deducted.
