December is a full month. We hope you are enjoying the season as well as making time to care for yourself. Many of us allow self-care routines to slide during busy times, but full schedules are when self-care is more important than ever! Set aside windows of time to do the things that make you feel good: taking a walk, reading a book, or decluttering!
There are many great resources for the holiday season. Rather than add to it, we’ve curated a list of some of our favorites. Enjoy!

End on a high note!
- If you find yourself disappointed at the progress you have achieved in the past year, be gentle with yourself. We all have unmet goals at the end of a year. But you can use the energy of the coming new year to boost your spirits and your productivity.
No matter how you celebrate this season, we hope you do so with more ease, joy, and happiness… and less clutter!
Warmly, Pam and the Mindful Decluttering team
